Six of the best: PwC is Top Graduate Employer

PwC has retained the top spot in The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers survey for the sixth year running. The survey asked over 16,000 recent graduates to name the employer they think offers the best opportunities for graduates. And according to The Times, more than one in eight graduates thought that employer was PwC.

PwC was also voted the ‘Overall most popular Graduate Recruiter in Ireland’ at the gradireland awards in 2008 and 2009.

We’re also delighted that we’re everything our recruits imagined we would be: 100% of our graduate intake last year said PwC had met their expectations.

Sample the highlights

Our 2009 annual report has just been released. Highlighting our achievements for the last financial year, the report covers everything from how we’re supporting England’s bid to host the FIFA World Cup to how we went to work on the possibly the biggest and most complex administration project in history, Lehman Brothers.

A huge boost in Consulting

The aggressive growth of our UK Consulting practice is our primary target over the next four years. Ashley Unwin, Head of UK Consulting, says revenues trebled in the year ending June 2009 and the pace is set to continue. He plans to recruit 2,000 staff to the division by 2013, including, by September 2010, nearly 200 graduates.
