New initiative on External Trade by American Chamber of Commerce

In response to Ukraine's controversial initiative to unilaterally raise almost 400 import duty tariffs under WTO rules, the American Chamber of Commerce has set up a Working Group on External Trade under the Chamber's Customs Committee.
