About the program

CIPD - The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development is an internationally recognised professional body for HR and people development. Through their expertise, research and more than 100 years of experience they act as a real leader and knowledge hub for building the ability to lead people in the business. 

CIPD Certificate in Human Resources Practice (CHRP) ) is recommended for those who are working in an HR role and wish to develop their knowledge and skills, and enhance their career with a CIPD qualification.

Who is it for

The qualification is recommended to those who are:

  • new to HR or interested in a move into this area
  • working in an HR support role and wishing to develop their knowledge and skills

  • Understanding Organisations and the Role of HR   

Module II (3 days) - 5-7 May 2017

  • Managing, Recording, Analysing and Using HR Information
  • Preparing and Designing Learning and Development Activities

Module III (2 days) - 26-27 August 2017 

  • Resourcing Talent

Module IV (2 days) - 21-22 October 2017 

  • Supporting Good Practice in Performance and Reward Management 

Fee includes

  • Learning materials developed by CIPD;
  • Individual access to Virtual Learning Environment enabling online assessment of assignments and feedback from one-to-one tutor;
  • Access to CIPD and EBSCO databases and a number of related resources on the CIPD web-site (including additional reading materials, podcasts, and reference publications);
