In this report, we share the findings from our ninth – and largest-ever – Global Supply Chain Survey. More than 500 participants from companies of all sizes across a wide range of industries in Europe, North America and Asia contributed to this year’s survey. Our respondents shared details on their operating models and corporate practices, outlined how they organise their supply chains, and described the measures they are taking to maximise the value of their supply chains.
This year’s survey focuses on two groups of companies – we call them the Leaders and the Laggards. The survey shows how the Leaders in each industry are moving ahead of the pack. The Leaders tailor their supply chains to customer needs and invest in next-generation capabilities. The Laggards consistently underperform — both financially and operationally.
