PwC Ukraine invites you to a Business Breakfast dedicated to an update on a number of issues of tax disputes in Ukraine.

Though the issues seem to be typical, there have been several “twists” in court practice recently. For instance, the Highest Administrative Court of Ukraine (the HACU) challenged the right of the tax authorities to declare business contracts as lacking in substance and void. While the courts of the first and appeal instances, sometimes still tend to support the tax authorities, the HACU approach has a favorable development, and we will comment on the implication of this and other recent development.
