As you are likely aware, Cyprus Banking sphere is currently in turbulence. As a result of economic crisis, Cyprus government has decided to undergo significant restructuring of Bank of Cyprus and Laiki Bank (Cyprus Popular Bank). Such restructuring will impact the Ukrainian holders of funds in these banks and persons that structure their operations through Cyprus.
PwC Ukraine invited Nikos Chimarides, Tax Partner at PwC Cyprus, to share the information regarding the current processes in Cyprus, their expected outcome and the results for Ukrainian holders of the funds in Cyprus.
Nicos will bring light to important issues related to the situation in Cyprus and will be happy to answer your questions and/or to arrange a personal meeting on Thursday afternoon.
If you are interested in the event, please confirm your participation by return email to Myroslava Suprunyuk
