Testing
Psychological (occupational) and professional tests are used for all types and levels of job selection from entry-level positions to senior management positions. Testing helps to obtain comparable assessments from different interviewers and also it is important to know whether candidates have the skills needed for a job and how well candidates will fit in to the team and our firm's culture.
At the first stage candidates are required to pass the following tests:
Ability tests
- Verbal Critical Reasoning - measures the ability to evaluate the logic of various kinds of argument. In Russian, multiple choice, time limit 25 min.
- Numerical Critical Reasoning - measures the ability to make correct decisions or inference from numerical data. Test is in Russian, multiple choice, time limit 45 min.
- Oxford Placement Test - results demonstrate level of knowledge and ability to express ideas in a professional manner. In English, multiple choice, 25 min.
