Selection Process

To succeed and meet ever-growing needs we must continue to select among the best, grow and develop our talented individuals. Selection techniques used in PwC by our HR professionals help to achieve this goal.

These are 3 main stages you have to complete before your first day with the firm:

  1. Completing of application form and passing online tests. After you have completed the application form you will have to pass 2 online tests: Numerical Reasoning and Logical Reasoning. In case you are applying for our Legal department or Risk Assurance services group you may be asked to complete additional proficiency tests.
  2. Assessment centre. This stage of selection process includes testing of your English proficiency level and interview with recruitment specialist. Our recruitment specialist will conduct competency based interview in order to check whether you have skills needed for a job and how well you will fit our team and firm’s culture.
  3. Interviews with managers representing the chosen department.

Usually it takes up to 2 weeks to make the decision after each stage.

Each of the competition stages is of selective nature, i.e. only those selected for further consideration will be invited to participate in the next stage.

All of us understand the importance of the first interview. Our representatives always take into consideration the human side of the process, for example nervousness of the candidates during the meeting. Relax and do not lose your chance; try to use the time of the interview efficiently to make a positive impression and prove that you are the person for the position.
