Our Business Recovery Service has generally focused on the provision of comprehensive financial, economic and strategic advice to governments, International Organisations and medium to large scale corporations in the private and public sectors. The bulk of our work typically ranges from business recovery and other formal insolvency services, corporate finance and turnaround work, business reviews and forensic investigations. Our client base includes government and quasi-government institutions, major commercial and investment banks, international development agencies and other key investor groups or institutions.

Liquidations
Our Business Recovery Service has successfully conducted liquidations and corporate restructurings involving asset distributions, ranging from US$300thousand to US$20 million, both in the private and public sectors.

Receiverships
In the past 5 years, our Business Recovery Service has successfully undertaken both trading and non-trading receiverships on behalf of major commercial banks and International Development Agencies.

Re-organisation
We have played a significant advisory role in assisting businesses in distress or companies earmarked for privatisation by acting as interim managers, restructuring their balance sheets and conducting forensic investigations and feasibility studies. In some cases, our Business Recovery Service has successfully marketed and sold off these businesses as going concerns.
