Online Application

We only accept applications through our website to ensure that every candidate is treated fairly and consistently.

The application form ensures we get the information we need from you to make the best decision possible. You will also have an opportunity to answer some questions so we can discover more about you and why you are interested in a career with PwC.

Click on "Apply Now" and select the department named Tanzania on the top right hand menu. At the bottom of the page, there is a link that reads "Send Application", click on that link to start the process.

Please note that you must first read and accept the Privacy Statement by checking the box. For new users, you will be required to first register your details and create a profile. All existing users can just log in with their usernames and password.

Aptitude tests

This is the initial stage of the selection process and comprises of an online test. Nobody likes tests, but they are an important step in the process.

We don’t only take people who score the highest marks! Rather we use these tests to ensure that you are able to carry out the technical aspects of the job.


If successful for the supervised online assessment, please carry the following documents with you;

  • Original and copy of your identification document (passport or student ID)
  • Original and copy of your O-Level certificate
  • Original and copy of your A-Level certificate
  • Original and copy of your degree certificate
  • Two passport-size photographs

If you have not graduated please carry you first and second year certified (by the University) transcripts.

First Interview

This first interview is an opportunity for you to meet one of our managers or recruiters to talk about your experiences and why you are interested in a position at PwC. Remember this is also a time for you to ask questions and learn more about the firm.

Online Personality Questionnaire

Here we get to assess your competencies, preferred ways of working an interacting as well as your areas of strengths in a team environment.

Final Interview

If you are successful in the previous stages you will be invited to a second interview with a more senior member of the team. Don’t worry, they are very approachable and will simply ask you some questions about your experience and aspirations. They will be able to tell you more about the firm and the particular area of the business you’re interested in.
