Countdown to Solvency II: Bridging risk and capital

This PwC UK report is the latest of a series of insurance industry reports that aim to help enhance understanding and assist European insurers in preparing for regulatory changes due no later than 2012 under Solvency II. The reform of existing solvency rules in Europe for life, non-life and reinsurers is expected to encourage these companies to run their business with an increased focus on risk, governance and further transparency through disclosure.
