Debt Funding Support

Through our deal experience we have established relationships with the banking and wider investment community which provides our clients with access and introductions to many providers of finance, from generic debt to private equity providers, from local and regional to international capital providers.

We work closely with our clients to identify and secure the appropriate financial structures and sources of capital for expansion and development projects.

We also provide independent advice including comparative financial evaluations and if appropriate we also negotiate with financiers for favorable terms.  Instruments may include equities, bonds, syndicated loans, commercial mortgages and other bank funding instruments, leases, securitizations and quasi debt instruments.

Public Equity Funding

Our Corporate Finance team has provided detailed commercial and financial advice on Initial Public Offerings and Rights Issues to a broad range of companies.
