As a reminder, please note the upcoming deadline of 14 February 2009 for filing of stock option exercise reports with the Thai SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission). This filing obligation arises when foreign companies offer Employee Stock Option Plans or Employee Stock Purchase Plans to employees in Thailand.

Employee Stock Option Plan

The offerer must submit an exercise report to the Thai SEC within the following deadline

Private placement–within 15 days of the year following the exercise (i.e. by 15 January 2009)
Public offer–within 45 days of the year following the exercise (i.e. 15 February 2009)

Employee Stock Purchase plan

A periodic sales report is required
