Our transfer pricing specialists, together with knowledgeable and dynamic guest speakers will guide the discussion around your complex and unique environment including a discussion on the OECD final papers and ramifications of the November 2007 US Treasury Department Report to Congress around earnings stripping, transfer price and US income tax treaties.
