Overview
Svasvadi is a Partner in our Risk and Control Solutions practice based in Bangkok. Svasvadi is a certified public accountant by background and has more than 21 years’ experience in a broad range of areas including external audit; internal audit; governance; risk management; finance and accounting; and sustainability assurance.
Relevant Experience
Svasvadi has extensive experience in providing advice on governance framework risk management and control assurance, and business process enhancement. Her work on control assurance has involved the review and assessment of business processes of large and multinational clients in various industries, such as telecommunications, banking, real estate, automotive and manufacturing.
In the past 5 years, she has also led many projects to help train and prepare international organisations operating in Thailand for the significantly stricter controls regime set out in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and Japanese SOX.
