Job Description

  • To manage overall Assurance staff booking
  • To cooperate with HR to estimate resources needs and requirements
  • To review and manage staff dummy and conflict in Assurance staff booking
  • To comply staff booking policy and procedures
  • To manage staff workload and staff shortage with appropriate action taken
  • To prepare staff status report to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human capital or related fields
  • 1+ year of experiences as resource planning is preferred
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong interpersonal skill and service mind
  • Competence on Microsoft Office: Especially Power point and Excel
