Job Description

  1. Performing as Reception and Operator
  2. Responsible and control team member's daily working to be in proper manner
  3. Overview and monitor team member's performances
  4. Prepare a monthly working report
  5. Maintain and improve the quality of team member's performances
  6. Review daily meeting room booking schedule other related work
  7. Responsible for preparation of monthly IP Phone billing report
  8. Responsible and handle as an administrator for Audio and Video Conference Database
    - Maintain and develop database as needed
    -Review daily booking and equipment list preparation as per use request
  9. Perform assignment as required by supervisor


  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Female, Thai Nationality
  • 2-3 years in Receptionist/Customer service
  • Good computer literate in MS word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent communication
  • Fast learner and positive thinking
  • Pleasant personality, service-minded, good relationship and team working
