Job Description

  • Handle administrative payroll duties including data entry, filing, etc.
  • Gather overtimes requisition documents and conduct the computation process
  • Coordinate with the government agencies and employees regarding benefits and payroll matters
  • Prepare the relevant reports to the Provident Fund, Social Security Office, and Workmen Compensation
  • Monitor the employee performance on their probationary period
  • Assist as required with all routine works and other projects

Job Requirement Essential

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related fields
  • 3-5 years experience in HR function (especially in payroll)
  • Good command of English and computer literacy
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills, Result-oriented, Service Mind and Team player
