Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in overall recruitment and selection process
  • Facilitate New Joiner induction and Onboarding programme
  • Responsible for internship related activities
  • Maintain human resource data bases to ensure correct recording of all staff and employment related information as required
  • Responsible for HR Administration and operation tasks, e.g. HR operations & HR reports
  • Support on Assurance’s internal activities, e.g., New Year party, Staff outing, including coordination with Central HR on Firm wide activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned by HR Manager


  • Bachelor Degrees in Relate Field ( Fresh graduate are welcome )
  • Good command of English and computer literacy
  • Highly responsible, Good communication & interpersonal skills, Result-oriented, Service Mind and Team player
