Responsible for firm-wide soft skills training and development programmes. Collaborate with LoS leaders to support firmwide and specific learning and development needs. This includes designing, developing, and providing curriculum to senior management and professional staff. Responsible for managing complex, global learning and development programmes and ensuring that they are executed firm wide.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years working experience in training or development programmes
  • Bachelors or Masters in human resources organisational development or related fields
  • Outstanding communication skills in both spoken and written Thai and English
  • Trainer or training background with leading MNCs or consulting firms a plus
  • Hands on and result oriented
  • Form good working relationships and work independently and in teams
  • Mature, service minded, and flexible with good communication and inter-personal skills
