Job Description

  • Set up the menu, estimate budget for user to review and select
  • Summary cost of the catering send to user for Partner approval
  • Prepare and review the invoice and send to Finance
  • Summary report of the catering
  • Find the new quality vendors
  • Get feedback from user
  • Responsible of Office beverage stock
  • Report & record of beverage items that withdraw from Housekeeping in each floor
  • Set up Monthly Lunch and Dinner for Partner

Responsible for PwC Maid’s work

  • Refreshment break schedule & Food and snack arrangement
  • Utensils record & Equipment review, cleaner
  • Dressing & Performance
  • Uniform

Beverage stock control: withdraw from Housekeeping in each floor

  • Stock control, order and withdraw record the beverage from pantry in each floor
  • Wending machine – Refill can – monitor delivery process, billing and report
  • Review maid’ stock & various type of drink and expense charge to each Department

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in hotel catering
  • 1-2 years experience in catering filed
  • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Able command of English and positive thinking
  • Pleasant personality, service-minded, strong coordination, Good relationship and team working
