Job Description

  • Responsible for preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Proceed the requisition form and payment to suppliers
  • Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered on-time
  • Monitor the stocks in term of stationary, beverages, household equipments
  • Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in term of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned
  • Perform other assignment as required

Job Requirement Essential

  • Bachelor Degree in any field
  • 1- 2 years experience in purchasing officer or related position
  • Strong service minded with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Good team player with communication skill
  • Good command in writing and speaking English
  • Computer literacy especially in MS.Office
