Job Description
- Responsible for preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Proceed the requisition form and payment to suppliers
- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered on-time
- Monitor the stocks in term of stationary, beverages, household equipments
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in term of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned
- Perform other assignment as required
Job Requirement Essential
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- 1- 2 years experience in purchasing officer or related position
- Strong service minded with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
- Good team player with communication skill
- Good command in writing and speaking English
- Computer literacy especially in MS.Office
