Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of employee payroll, including salary increase and variable bonus for staff in Thailand
  • Administer HRMS system– Payroll Module
  • Oversee all aspects of provident fund
  • Review and verify each individual staff payments and allowances to ensure the correct payments
  • Monitor and oversee Payroll process through power vision program and all employee welfares

Job Requirement

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or any related
  • 5-10 years working experience in Payroll
  • Having strong analytical skills and can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude with service mind and work with people at all levels in the organization
  • Good presentation skill and Numerical Skills
  • Pleasant Personality, Outgoing, Highly Energetic, Analysis and Result Oriented
  • Good command of English and Computer literate
