Key Job Description

Client Service & Project Delivery Role

  • Work closely with client’s users, stakeholders, and executives to gather the as-is processes, operations issues, performance matrix and related information
  • Interview client’s users and executives to gather client’s requirements and collect facts
  • Analyze client’s requirements from business and technology perspectives and translate them into application functionalities including user interface, workflow, business process management and reports

Key Qualification

  • 10 years experience with strong experience on Process Improvement
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Industrial Engineer / Accounting or
  • Understanding of operating business model and processes as well as operations in one of the following industries: Telecom/Energy/Retail industry
  • Demonstrated “Can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and problem identification skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment which requires greater flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently or as a team and work well under pressure , time constraints and difficult situations
  • Good leadership skill
  • Good relationship building, interpersonal, communications, and persuasive skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai
  • Ability to travel and work on overseas assignments
