Key Job Description

Client Service & Project Delivery Role

  • Work closely with client’s users, stakeholders, and executives to gather the as-is processes, operations issues, performance matrix and related information
  • Lead some workshops and interview client’s users and executives to gather client’s requirements and collect facts
  • Review and verify the collected information
  • Analyze client’s requirements from business and technology perspectives and translate them into application functionalities including user interface, workflow, business process management and reports
  • Facilitate the resolution of all business issues arise or escalate situation as appropriate.
  • Formulate solutions to address clients’ issues

Business development

  • Help manage the relationship between the clients and PwC
  • Support proposal development

Practice development

  • Provide coaching to junior team members

Key Qualification

  • Experience in working in a consulting company or in a internal process improvement unit of a large corporation for 5 years or above
  • Degree qualified in Business, Technology or related discipline
  • 3 - 6 years of Experience in Business Process Improvement / Re-Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Change Management, Package Implementation
  • Understanding of enterprise business processes (e.g. Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Close, Close to Report)
  • Understanding of operating business model and processes as well as operations in one of the following industries: telecommunication, financial service, and manufacturing
  • Demonstrated “Can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and problem identification skills
  • Some project management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment which requires greater flexibility and adaptability
