Roles and responsibilities
This position will work for TAX in the Accounting Outsourcing Unit.
- Serve as a contact person for Japanese clients
- Follow up on the work from various departments and update the status of action lists and report to related executives
- Handle translations from English into Japanese and vice versa
- Organise and attend meetings and conference calls, and take minutes of meetings
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Japanese executives
- Responsible for specific projects and tasks, and for performing other related duties as required
Qualifications and personal qualities
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; Accounting and economics educational background are preferable
- Japanese native
- Proficiency in Japanese and English languages, both written and spoken –JLPT2 as a minimum
- At least 3 years’ experience as a secretary, interpreter or coordinator
- Ability to multi-task and a passion for client service
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
