Roles and responsibilities
This position will work for TAX in the Accounting Outsourcing Unit.

  • Serve as a contact person for Japanese clients
  • Follow up on the work from various departments and update the status of action lists and report to related executives
  • Handle translations from English into Japanese and vice versa
  • Organise and attend meetings and conference calls, and take minutes of meetings
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Japanese executives
  • Responsible for specific projects and tasks, and for performing other related duties as required

Qualifications and personal qualities

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; Accounting and economics educational background are preferable
  • Japanese native
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English languages, both written and spoken –JLPT2 as a minimum
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a secretary, interpreter or coordinator
  • Ability to multi-task and a passion for client service
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
