Job Description

• Oversee, supervise, advise and direct a team of lawyers regarding legal strategies and solutions to solve clients legal issues
• Provide legal advices and practices in the areas of commercial and business law
• Draft, review and represent clients in negotiation on major commercial transactions
• Represent and advise clients on commercial litigation in relation to commercial and business agreements
• Leverage experience and drive own expertise as a key member of a management team by developing new businesses for a successful commercial contract consulting business unit

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree of business law
• A minimum of 8 years of related experiences in the professional consulting firms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English
• Strong time management and project management skills
• A “Can Do” attitude, and an enthusiastic and energetic personality
• Resourceful, with flexible approaches to challenges
• High professional standards
• Willing to strive to find the best solution for our clients
• Poses strong business sense
• Some litigation or dispute resolution experience (although not a requirement)
