PwC is launching the third year of awards, in which firms with the most effective HR management are recognised.

PwC in co-operation with the Association for HR Management and Development (Združenie pre riadenie a rozvoj ľudských zdrojov) and with the media support of the weekly TREND magazine announced the third year of the The Leading HR Organisation award - a project in which firms with the most effective HR management and best HR practice in the Slovak market are awarded. The evaluation includes organisations that participate in the HR Controlling 2014 study.

Indicators in the following four areas will be assessed:

  • HR Leading
  • HR Lagging
  • Organisational structure
  • Productivity and financial indicators

These indicators reflect the education and development of staff, career opportunities within the organisation, the competitiveness of the remuneration structure, the effectiveness of recruitment processes, absenteeism and attrition, the attractiveness of the employer in the labour market, corporate structure and overall productivity.

Winners will be announced at the TREND HR Management conference on 7 – 8 October 2014 in Bratislava.

How to enter

To take part in Leading HR Organisation 2014, you need to participate in HR Controlling 2014. For more information please contact Patrícia Šimák Badačová, tel.: +421 2 59350 297.

The uniqueness of this award is that it is based on the quantitative indicators, and therefore is objective. We assess real measurable data that reflect the effectiveness of HC management and a wide range of HR indicators including their impact on an organisation’s results. The relevant comparison is accomplished by benchmarking each analysed indicator with the median for the relevant sector. The approach described above guarantees the transparency of this award.“ says Peter Lackó, Leader of Human Resource Services at PwC.
