Leading HR Organisation Award

The most effective human capital management company

The Leading HR Organisation award is organised by PwC in co-operation with Združenie pre riadenie a rozvoj ľudských zdrojov (Association for HR Management and Development) with the media support of the weekly TREND magazine. PwC is launching the second year of the award, a competition in which firms with the most effective HR management and HR best practice in the market will be awarded. Organisations that participated in the HR Controlling 2013 survey will be included in the competition.

Indicators in the following four areas will be assessed:

• HR Leading
• HR Lagging
• Organisational structure
• Productivity and financial indicators

These indicators reflect the education and development of staff, career opportunities within the organisation, the competitiveness of the remuneration structure, the effectiveness of recruitment processes, absenteeism and attrition, the attractiveness of the employer in the labour market, corporate structure and overall productivity.

You are welcome to participate in the next year of competition until June 2013.

Organisations with the most effective HR management in each sector will be announced at the TREND HR Management conference on 24 - 25 September 2013 in Bratislava.
