Usually people applying at PwC hold degrees in the area of economics, business, management, accounting and tax. If you hold a different degree it is worth a try nevertheless!

  • What should an application look like?

Simply fill out the application form on our website. This way, you can be sure that all the important information is included. A covering letter and tabular CV can be enclosed as well by experienced careers positions.

  • Do different countries look for different skills?

No, in general, PwC is looking for team-oriented individuals with a strong sense of motivation and proven personal initiative. While some countries may emphasize specific requirements designed to help you fit more closely into the local teams, the basic skills and qualities that define the optimal candidate are broadly the same throughout the program: flexibility, intellectual capacity and a flair for communication. If you possess these skills and are eager to put them to use, we want you to consider working for us. In return, you'll gain experience you will value throughout your professional life.

  • Is there a selection procedure and how can I prepare?

One of the major goals of this PwC Program is to offer students a simplified application process. Knowledge and a clear understanding of your personal goals will be the key aspects to be successful. But be prepared, as the available positions are limited!

Program for Trainees

  • Which is the timeframe for an internship?

We offer internship from January to February at Assurance Department, from December to March at Tax Department and at Advisory Department according to the needs of project during the year.

Program for Graduates

  • Does PwC have a preferred starting date for graduates?

The starting date in the Assurance/Audit business is preferably in September. The recruitment season for graduates basically starts in January and ends in May.
