Eligible activities under the project

The call is aimed at improving the system of acquisition, processing, protection and utilization of knowledge and digital content repository and fund institutions, modernization and completion of the infrastructure of repository and fund institutions at the national level.

Groups of eligible activities:

  • Recording, collection, long-term archiving and protection of digital content, webharvesting, webarchiving
  • Systematic support of physical digitization of cultural, scientific and intellectual heritage, including the digitalization of audio-visual fund / film and audio /
  • Digital restoration of film materials
  • Digital reconstruction of audio and visual recordings
  • Systematic digitization and access to digital content repository and fund institutions

Eligible support activities of the project are:

  1. project management
  2. publicity

Maximum and minimum aid amount

  • The minimum amount for the project: EUR 300 000
  • The maximum amount for the project: EUR 4 500 000

Each eligible applicant may not submit more than one application for grant.

Time of physical implemention of the project

Start of implementation of project activities shall not occur before 1 January 2012. Implementation of project activities must be completed no later than on 31 March 2015.
For objective reasons, it will be possible to amend the contract for provision of grant extend the implementation of project activities. The provisions on the obligation to end the project under this call can not be affected by this procedure.
