  • Small,  micro-enterprise
  • Medium-sized enterprise

Eligible activities under the project

The aid is aimed at projects introducing innovative and advanced technologies in industry and services, in the following eligible activities under SK NACE:   

  • section B - Mining, with the exemption of division 05 – Mining of coal and lignite
  • section C – Industrial production, with the exception of  agricultural production, processing and marketing of agricultural  products, the  steel industry, the synthetic  fibres’ industry, shipbuilding
    • material and immaterial investments into innovative and advanced technologies, machinery and equipment
    • material or immaterial investments into “green technologies”

The maximum aid intensity (expressed as % of eligible project costs).

Maximum and minimum aid amount:

The de minimis scheme limits aid to EUR 200,000 per applicant (not per project) within a period of 3 fiscal years  

  • The minimum amount of aid for the project: EUR 5,000
  • The maximum amount of aid for the project: EUR 200,000

Total eligible costs of the project cannot exceed:

  • in the case of projects implemented by micro and small entities in Central and Eastern Slovakia: EUR 285,714 per project
  • in the case of projects implemented by medium-sized entities in Central and Eastern Slovakia: EUR 333,333 per project
  • in the case of projects implemented by micro and small entities in Western Slovakia: EUR 333,333 per project
  • in the case of projects implemented by medium-sized entities in Western Slovakia: EUR 400,000 per project

The total costs of the project are not limited.
