Beneficial Ownership: where are we and where are we headed?

On 18 June 2012, PwC Singapore held a seminar to discuss the key issues on beneficial ownership, including the latest case law, OECD developments in this important area and the various tax authorities' practice in relation to the term.

This informative session was hosted by Richard Collier, Tax partner from PwC UK, and Gavin Helmer, Tax Partner from PwC Singapore.

Richard is the global leader of the firm's banking and capital markets tax practice and has specialised in banking and capital markets tax issues for over 20 years. Gavin has 15 years of in-house tax experience in the financial services sector, and was the International Head of Taxation at Standard Bank.
