David Ong

David spent a good part of his 16 years with PwC in the corporate tax team. He has serviced an extensive portfolio of clients comprising multinationals and local businesses, spanning various industries such as shipping, manufacturing and assembly, retail, pharmaceutical and property development. His relevant tax experience includes advising companies in setting up business and investments in Singapore and advising on various local and cross-border corporate tax issues.

David leads the CFAS team that provides company secretarial, accounting, payroll and other administration services. Selected service experience:

• Company secretary – incorporating companies in Singapore, filing annual returns (including XBRL filing) and other company secretarial functions
• Accounting – book-keeping function and compilation of financial statements
• Payroll processing & administration – computation of monthly payroll in accordance with Singapore labour laws
• Other administration services – bank account administration, payment/ invoicing processing

David has a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration degree and he is an Associate Chartered Accountant with the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants
