Bradley is a Partner in the Singapore Value Chain Transformation (VCT) practice. Bradley has more than 10 years of experience in VCT and Transfer Pricing, and has worked in the US, Australia, Singapore and the broader Asia Pacific region.
Bradley has extensive experience in designing and managing the implementation of Principal structures and intellectual property migration planning assignments. Specifically, Bradley has acted as the lead VCT Project Integrator for US outbound MNCs, including companies specializing in industrial products and nutritional sciences. In addition, Bradley has managed the transfer pricing and tax feasibility of Australian industrial product and specialty chemical, outbound MNC Regional Principal structures.
Bradley has led transfer pricing planning assignments for both US and Australian outbound MNCs, including the establishment of regional royalty structures and has extensive experience in managing transfer pricing audits and transfer pricing APAs.
Bradley holds a LLM (Masters of Law), Intellectual Property, from the University of Melbourne, a B.Eco (Bachelor of Economics) and B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) from Monash University, Melbourne.
Prior to joining PwC Singapore, Bradley previously worked at PwC Australia in Melbourne (2002-2008) and PwC US in New York (2008-2011).
