Our Human Resources team is responsible for attracting talent to the firm as well as formulating & implementing strategies and maintaining various programmes for developing, managing and retaining our people.

Recruitment Manager

You will lead a team to drive HR recruitment initiatives that align recruitment needs to strategy and support the achievement of the organisation’s business objectives. You will be expected to manage recruitment projects, streamline work processes, tap on networks and introduce innovative recruitment methods. As part of your development, you will also oversee all other recruitment related activities such as networking sessions, website, recruitment surveys and global mobility deployments.

Job Requirement Essential

Ideally, you should have a good university degree with at least 5 years’ relevant experience gained in a HR operation or consulting environment, and would have operated in the managerial capacity for at least 2 years. You must be highly motivated and resourceful, and thrive on challenges in a very fast-paced environment where quality and speed are of the essence.
