Our Financial Services Industry Practice (FSIP) is a multi-disciplinary team of proven professionals dedicated to this sector. Our specialist knowledge and expertise enables us to provide our clients with insights into marketplace developments and global opportunities, tailored effectively to the requirements of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Providing due diligence and vendor assistance
• Negotiation support for M&A transactions within and outside Singapore for our Financial Services client base which includes many of the world's largest and most prestigious global financial institutions

Requirements:

• A degree in Business and/or Accounting qualifications
• At least 6-9 years of relevant audit or financial due diligence experience in the Financial Services or related industries
• English communication skills are essential for the role
• Strong project manager and good team player
• Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, yet rewarding environment
• Willingness to travel frequently and on short notice is essential
