People & Change - Manager

We are seeking a Manager to strengthen our People and Change team and to work on regional / local client projects

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive our Change Management offering to support transformational change for our clients in “Making change stick”
  • Cover all aspects of a people strategy and change programme including policy change, redefinition of HR services within a business, putting HR integration plans in place, designing and implementing communication plans and creating suitable management, governance and organisational structures for clients
  • Assist clients in understanding the key issues and priority actions for the people strategy
  • Advise clients on the opportunities and implications presented through HR service delivery issues, which include outsourcing, HR shared services and technology assessment and implementation
  • Business and service development of People & Change services

Requirements

  • Graduate with at least 6 years of work experience on change management related to business transformational programmes or experience in HR transformation projects, with proven project management or consulting experience
  • Strong understanding of project management methodology
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Proven track record of delivery of complex projects
  • Being able to demonstrate a high degree of commercial awareness coupled with the ability to identify and understand the systems, processes and risks relevant to the client and their business goals
  • Flexibility to work in differing environments and ability to travel essential
