Business Consulting - Analyst & Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support large scale improvement, design, modeling and implementation projects
  • Develop and leverage on operational business process models of clients to identify the pain points, to lead process mapping, hypothesis testing and gap/impact analyses to identify none value-adding activities and business opportunities for improvements
  • Conduct hands-on process modeling to re-design and validate the future state processes, and work with clients to implement solutions/new operating model
  • Validate the business case and create on-going measures to ensure success
  • Collaborate with change management and HR in order to realign the organization structure to the new operating model
  • Provide advisory and implementation/transition support for process improvement and stakeholder management
  • Work with key stakeholders to implement changes to the processes and transition ownership to the business units
  • Cooperate with the Information Technology experts when the project involve systems and ERP design/re-design and implementation

Requirements

  • Financial services experience
  • CPA/CA qualification or equivalent is preferred
  • Bachelor degree in relevant field
  • Master’s degree in relevant field or Project Management Professional (PMP) certified has an advantage
  • Consulting experience in transformation, business process designing/re-engineering, modeling, project management and change management
  • Good consulting or working knowledge of at least one major ERP system. Candidate with system implementation experience has an advantage
  • The successful Manager candidate will have operated in a managerial capacity and have demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and developing effective teams
  • Extensive ability on relationship building, communicating effectively and influencing decision-making across all levels is crucial
  • 2-4 years relevant work experience for Analysts and 5-7 years relevant work experience for Managers.
