PricewaterhouhouseCoopers is the leading Deals practice in Singapore and Asia Pacific. We provide services across the entire mergers and acquisition (M&A) deal continuum, from lead advisory to deal support services (due diligence, negotiation support, vendor assistance, deal structuring and post-deal integration services), valuation advisory services and strategy advisory services.

Responsibilities

Financial Due Diligence Managers

• Provide financial due diligence, vendor assistance and negotiation support for M&A transactions within and outside Singapore for corporate and private equity clients.
• Scope engagement, manage team execution, risk management and project economics.
• Lead, coach and train junior staff.
• Win and manage client accounts.

Financial Due Diligence Senior Associates

• Provide financial due diligence, vendor assistance and negotiation support for M&A transactions within and outside Singapore for corporate and private equity clients.
• Prepare concise, well written documents using appropriate business and technical language.
• Participate in project pitching, planning and administration.

Valuation Managers

• Provide valuation services to clients in determining the value of businesses or assets for various purposes including strategic management  and internal benchmarking, M&A, financial reporting, taxation and litigation.
• Scope engagement, manage team execution, risk management and project economics.
• Lead, coach and train junior staff.
• Win and manage client accounts.

Requirements

• Passionate about M&A and valuation and enjoy seeing their work turn into tomorrow's headline deals
• Analytical, posses business acumen and thrive in unstructured environment,
• Team players who have points of view and are outspoken.
• Write succinct, well-structured reports and have good command of written and spoken English,
• Willing to travel and on short notice,
• Possess good degree qualifications in accounting or business from recognised Universities, or professional accounting qualifications.
• For Managers : Must have completed at least 5 years of relevant experience, with not less than 2 years in the specialisation applied for (Financial Due Diligence/Valuation).
• For Senior Associates : Must have completed at least 3 years of relevant work experience.  Experience in fields of valuation or financial due diligence will be an advantage.
