We provide financial advisory services to parties active in the infrastructure and utilities sectors.  Such services include project finance advisory, privatization advisory, acquisition and divestment advisory, and financial advice in relation to Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives,.

We provide comprehensive support throughout the entire transaction process, including feasibility assessment, strategy selection, commercial structuring, financial planning, and debt and equity raising. For public sector clients, services typically also include tender design, management and execution.

Responsibilities

You are expected to possess good financial modelling and analytical skills to determine the financial feasibility of project and deal structures. You will also support other team members in developing optimal commercial structures for transactions in support of client objectives

Requirements

• a recognised degree and at least 3 years' relevant experience in the finance industry or in a sector interfacing with the finance industry.
• Good analytical and financial modelling skills
• Commercial experience in the infrastructure and utilities sectors would be an advantage
• Ability to write clear and concise reports and prepare effective presentations
