ERP Professionals / Project Managers

Responsibilities
- Manage projects as assigned and deliver large scale and high complexity development projects and possibly managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Prepare realistic cost budgets and timing estimates for development projects, including detailed, client ready project plans, identifying milestones, resources and timelines.
- Monitor project performance and risk status; identify variances to plan; escalate to management as appropriate; take or suggest corrective action as required
- Good understanding of ERP business process blue-printing and ability to provide holistic ERP blue-print solutions.
- Manage communications and expectations with customers at all times.
- Communicate expectations to team members and follow-up to ensure expectations are met.
- Be a multiplier of your skills by actively mentoring other resources within the team.
- Continually enhance existing skills and seek new areas for personal development.
- Contribute actively to Project Management excellence.
Requirements
- Potential candidates should have at least between 4-7 years of proven and relevant experience of managing / team leading SAP implementation projects or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of current concepts and a high level understanding of industry business processes and functions in various industries.
- Good functional knowledge of large-scale ERP solutions
- Fundamental understanding of Project Quality and Project Risk Management.
Preferred Skills
- Leadership role on at least 2 full life cycle implementations.
- Experience estimating projects (beyond creating and managing plans)
- Previous consulting experience preferred.
- ERP application and / or Project management certifications preferred.
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
