Our Training Philosophy
Our approach to training is holistic, emphasising the development of well-rounded professionals. Our training and development programme for recruits seeks to sharpen not just your technical and leadership expertise, but also to hone your people skills.

In addition to job exposure, we are committed to helping you stretch your potential through our investment in training and development. Just as we help develop your knowledge, we expect you to share and transfer your knowledge to others.

Training Opportunities (for fresh graduates)
In your first year with us, you will receive formal training of at least:

• 170 hours for Assurance
• 102 hours for Tax
• 84 hours for Advisory

This highly structured training programme is carefully integrated with on-the-job training so as to maximise knowledge transfer.

The Firm will also support your studies towards professional qualifications such as the Chartered Accountancy (CA) programme in the United Kingdom or Australia, or other learning programmes specific to your development needs and in line with our business objectives.
