ACAP and Life after ACAP – the ACAP Annual Review

The Assisted Compliance Assurance Programme or ACAP has been on-going for more than two years (since 5 April 2011). The final co-funding of S$1million for professional fees for the ACAP will end in April 2014.

The IRAS has also recently updated its e-tax guide on the ACAP to provide more information on the review scope and sample transactions to be covered in the Annual Review that has to be done post-ACAP. To help you assess your readiness and participation in the ACAP in April 2014 and understand the ACAP Annual Review, PwC is organising a briefing that is targeted at the following group of businesses:

  • Large corporations who are considering to participate in the ACAP; and
  • Businesses who have been awarded ACAP status by the IRAS.

Our accredited GST professionals will share their extensive experience in assisting clients on ACAP, the GST Assisted Self-Help Kit (ASK) and explain the consequences in dealing with gaps in GST compliance.
