NextGen Family Business Leaders Program

Overview

A multi-module development experience led and facilitated by INSEAD Faculty with involvement from PwC partners. The group will network with their peers, learn new skills as well as how to take a pragmatic approach to working on their own specific challenges.
The overarching objective is to prepare these young leaders for roles in the future in a world that is in a state of change, flux and complexity. The programme will be a blend of workshops, case studies, simulations and interactive discussions.
 

The programme is designed to help participants understand and develop themselves as well as raise their level in business acumen and their confidence as business leaders:
  • Develop an understanding of the broader economic context within which my business operates and ask. How do I understand the risks involved?
  • How do I move from identifying business opportunities to business planning and strategy execution to encouraging innovation in established businesses?
  • How do I drive innovation to add value for our customers and our businesses?
  • How do I communicate my thoughts effectively to be heard and understood?
  • How can I contribute more in teams, either as a leader or team member?
  • How do I make good decisions when executing the business strategy to deliver results?

Design principles


Tuition fees*

S$39,800

The programme fee covers tuition, course materials, accomodation in France, and lunches on working days as well as the closing dinners. It does not include travel, accommodation in Singapore and other incidentals. Participants will have to settle accommodation outside of France expenses and other incidentals before the end of the programme.


Participant profile

Participants from across the Asia Pacific region who may or may not be involved in the Family business at present. Typical age range is early 20s to early 30s. Space is limited to 25 selected participants.
