PwC NextGen Leadership Programme


This two-module executive education programme is designed for next generation family members/individuals interested in leadership roles. Led and facilitated by the INSEAD faculty and PwC partners, participants will be engaged in career and leadership developments in a family business context. Throughout the programme which includes highly interactive discussions, workshops and simulations, participants will learn how to take pragmatic approaches towards their own challenges and what it takes to contribute to the business in a meaningful way.

Module 1:

You & your leadership roles
3 days in France (20 - 22 October 2014)

Module 2:

Business simulation competition
3 days in Singapore (19 - 21 January 2015)

This first module creates a next generation community that enables experiential learning. It provides new insights to your intellectual and emotional connections to the family business and how to contribute meaningfully in whichever role you play.

The second module provides a dynamic, handson learning experience co-facilitated by INSEAD and PwC partners. Leveraging on their areas of expertise, our PwC partners will guide you in understanding the considerations and implications to business decisions, linkages across functional units, how it’s like to lead the family business in a competitive business environment, and how to take the business to the next level.

  • Develop and implement a strategy that links marketing, operations and finance in a dynamic and competitive industry
  • Establish the relationship between strategic, financial, marketing, operational and behavioural issues necessary to facilitate international business development
  • Handling third party government and interest groups in overseas territories

Programme fees*


The programme fee covers tuition, course materials and the three-day accommodation in France, and lunches on working days as well as closing dinners. It does not include travel and other incidentals. Participants will have to settle accommodation outside of France, expenses and other incidentals before the end of the programme.

Participant profile

Participants from across the Asia Pacific region who may or may not be involved in the Family business at present. Typical age range is early 20s to 30s. Space is limited to 25 selected participants.
