If you are eligible to apply for our graduate opportunities, you will be sent an application form link from your university careers office. To complete this form, amongst other information, you’ll need to document your personal details, area/s of interest in PwC, your academic results, involvement in co-curricular activities and work experience to date.
If you’re shortlisted for the next round, you will be asked to complete an online psychometric test. The test will take approximately 40 minutes to complete and will centre around testing your numerical, verbal and logical reasoning ability.
This step involves a face-to-face interview with one of our staff members. During the interview, we’ll ask you questions about your past experience as well as your motivations and aspirations. The interview is also an opportunity for you to learn more about us so make sure you ask questions about our culture and the type of work you’ll be doing so you can make an informed decision about whether PwC is the place for you.
If you’ve been successful in all the steps, you will be contacted by your interviewer who will make you a formal offer to join us. And if you accept, we can’t wait to show you what an exciting and rewarding career you’ll have with us!
