Hiring process

Step 1 – Online application form

For local university students, if you are eligible to apply for our graduate opportunities, you will be sent an application form link from your university careers office.   

For overseas-based university students,  when there are opportunities available, we will post them on our graduate opportunities page.  Please follow the application form instructions stated in the job description.

Step 2 – Online psychometric test

If you’re shortlisted for the next round, you will be asked to complete an online psychometric test. The test will take approximately 40 minutes to complete and will centre around testing your numerical, verbal and logical reasoning ability. 

Step 3 – Face-to-face interview

This step involves face-to-face or FaceTime/phone (for overseas candidates) interviews with our hiring line.  Depending on the service line and the position applied for, you may have to undergo more than one interview.  You’ll be expected to share more about your skills, past experiences, aspirations and motivations.  

The interview is also an opportunity for you to learn more about us so be sure to come prepared with questions so you can make an informed decision about whether PwC is the place for you.

* Case study/assessment centre - for certain service lines, candidates will have to sit through a case study or attend an assessment centre.  If your application progresses to this round, more information will be provided to you.

Step 4 – Offer

If you’ve been successful in all the steps, you will be contacted by your interviewer who will make you a formal offer to join us.  And if you accept, we can’t wait to show you what an exciting and rewarding career you’ll have with us!
