Kevin Ohng is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science, a Chartered Accountant (England & Wales, UK and Malaysia) and a Certified Public Accountant (Singapore). He specialises in providing assurance services to banks and financial services companies.

Lennon Lee is a graduate of The University of Western Australia and post-graduate of National University of Singapore, and a member of CPA Australia and Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. He specialises in banking, capital markets, structured finance, and liquidity and treasury management.

Marc Wintermantel is a graduate of Eberhard-Karls University (Germany), a Certified Tax Consultant (Germany), and a Certified Public Accountant (USA). He spent a significant part of his career in our offices in New York and in Germany. He specialises in valuations for financial reporting under US GAAP and IFRS and on M&A Valuations.

Mark Rathbone is a graduate of the University of Stellenbosch (South Africa), and a Chartered Accountant (England and Wales). He is a specialist in providing advisory on Public-Private Partnership/Private Finance Initiative (PPP/PFI) projects.

Melvin Poon is a graduate of Monash University (Australia), and a Chartered Accountant (Australia) and Certified Public Accountant (Singapore). He has spent a few years in our offices in New York and Australia. He specialises in providing assurance services to banks and financial services companies.

Sunil Agarwal is a graduate of the University of Bombay (India), and a Chartered Accountant (India) and Cost Accountant (India). He specialises in international tax structuring and corporate tax advisory services.

Vishal Thapliyal is a graduate of the Government College of Engineering (India) and the Indian Institute of Management, and holds the CFA Charter. He specialises in advising on cross border M&A transactions including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and divestments across consumer and industrial products, oil & gas services, agribusiness, F&B and retail.

Woo Shea Leen is a graduate of the Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), and a Certified Public Accountant (Singapore and the United States). She specialises in providing Assurance services to companies in the insurance and consumer and industrial products (retail & consumer) sectors.
