focuses on assessing the current role that information and information technology play in realising the business strategy, and assist with development of the future (i.e. desired) role that IT should play in order to sustain and extend enterprise’s business and support its functional strategies. We assist clients in developing their IT strategy, connect clients’ operating models to (as well as designing) corporate IT governance (i.e. decision models, governance structures and governance processes), thus ensuring alignment the IT resources (i.e. people, processes, organisation and technology) with business objectives. We assist in designing and planning the renovation of the firm’s information technology architecture so that it will more effectively support and enable the business strategy.

IT Sourcing and Service Management

focuses on assisting clients with understanding the benefits, risks and opportunities of IT Sourcing. We help clients assess their IT sourcing options and properly manage the sourcing processes.

IT Due Diligence and Post Deal Integration Services

focuses on assessing the real value, risks and opportunities the business critical IT of an enterprise plays in an investment or divestment.
