We assist in designing and planning the renovation of the firm’s information technology architecture so that it will more effectively support and enable the business strategy.

IT Sourcing and Service Management

focuses on assisting clients with understanding the benefits, risks and opportunities of IT Sourcing. We help clients assess their IT sourcing options and properly manage the sourcing processes.

IT Due Diligence and Post Deal Integration Services

focuses on assessing the real value, risks and opportunities the business critical IT of an enterprise plays in an investment or divestment.
