The Customer Experience Index (CEI) has been designed as a tool to measure the quality and consistency of customer experience and also to provide a new benchmark for retail banks. As part of our joint effort PricewaterhouseCoopers and Senteo consultants have analyzed 38 banks in Moscow, based on unbiased mystery shopping visits.
