Vasile Iuga holds a Degree in Aeronautics, from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA - UK); Financial Auditor, member of the Board of the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors (CAFR); Romanian Chartered Accountant (CECCAR); Certified Appraiser (ANEVAR); training with Harvard Business School, London Business School, INSEAD and IMD. Vasile joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1991 and was admitted as Partner in 1997. Since 2004 he has been appointed Territorial Senior Partner. He is a member of the PwC CEE Management Board. Vasile is also a member of the coordinating group within the company, responsible for financial services in Central and Eastern Europe . He is also vice-president of the American Chamber of Commerce Board in Romania . Vasile has an in-depth knowledge of the Romanian companies from his involvement in hundreds of assignments in all sectors of the Romanian economy. Areas of expertise include the audit in accordance with International Auditing Standards of Financial Statements prepared in accordance with International Accounting Standards and Due Diligence of telecom companies, industrial companies, oil and gas companies, railways companies, banks and insurance companies. He has extensive experience of reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards. He is fluent in Romanian, English and French. |

| Dinu Bumbacea is a Partner in the Assurance and Advisory Services and is the head of Advisory Services in Romania . He is a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications in Romania and has a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with Georgia Institute of Technology in the United States . He is the industry leader of PwC Romania and CEE/CIS for technology, telecommunication, entertainment and media. Dinu joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania in 1993 and became a Partner in 2000. He has 14 years experience with PwC in providing audit and business advisory services – due diligence, valuations, business improvement projects, implementation of service costing systems, design and implementation of chart of accounts – for major Romanian and Central/Eastern European companies from Technology, Telecommunications, Entertainment and Media sectors. Dinu has worked in Romania , Czech Republic , Serbia , Bulgaria , Russia , Moldova and Slovakia . He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ACCA in the UK , a member of the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors and of the Romanian Association of Certified Accountants (CECCAR). Peter de Ruiter graduated from Leiden University , the Netherlands , as a lawyer specialising in taxation. He is a member of the Dutch Bar of Tax Advisors. He started his career in the Netherlands working for a large global consulting firm, where he gained a wide experience in advising clients in main tax areas. He became a partner of the firm in 1995. Thanks to advisory services focusing mainly on an international client portfolio, he developed specific skills and in-depth expertise in the field of international taxation and cross-border tax planning. In 1996, he moved to Poland where he worked for eight years building up the tax and legal practice from a relatively small group of advisors into a team of over 200 professionals. He personally provided assistance and advice to major inbound investors, and was heavily involved in deal structuring and transaction support relating to a number of privatisation projects. He also provided them with effective investment structures both from a Polish and international tax perspective. In the framework of Poland 's EU Accession as of 1 May 2004, Peter helped guide major Polish companies through their pre- and post-EU accession transition processes. In 2004, he moved to Romania as the country managing partner of the same global consulting firm. In 2006, Peter joined PwC as a direct-entry tax Partner in the Bucharest office. He is the head of the Tax and Legal Services Team. Peter is fluent in Dutch, English and German and has basic knowledge of French and Polish . |

Wilhelm Simons is the Assurance leader of the Romanian practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer) and Tax Adviser (Steuerberater) and joined PwC in 1989 in the Frankfurt office of PwC Deutsche Revision. Wilhelm joined PwC Romania in September 2007. He was the leader of Assurance practice in Poland for 9 years (starting with November 1998), bringing with him substantial experience in special projects gained through his work on many long-term international assignments. Wilhelm has extensive experience in consulting, especially focusing on private sector development in the fields of auditing, financial and economic analysis, cost accounting, budgeting, restructuring and privatisation. He has significant experience in emerging markets (in CEE since 1996), where he was involved in the development of the private sector industry projects financed by the European Union, the EBRD and other International Financial Institutions, which were carried out in Central Europe. Wilhelm led a number of audit engagements in the construction, energy and retail sectors. He is familiar with Polish, French, German, UK and US-GAAP as well as with IFRS. |

Emilian Radu has a Degree in International Economic Relationships from the Academy of Economic Studies , Bucharest ; training course with University of Osaka , Japan ; member of European Insolvency Practitioners Association; Honorary President of the Romanian Insolvency Practitioners Association (UNPRL). Emilian Radu joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1992, and in 1995 became a Partner. He has a strong background in privatisation and restructuring and long-term experience in coordinating major business administration, recovery and assets disposal projects. He is the country leader for EU/Public Sector Services being also a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers CEE Corporate Finance Board. He is fluent in Romanian, English, French and Spanish. |

David Fuller is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and member of the Instituto de Censores Jurados de Cuentas de Espana (equivalent qualification in Spain), having also studied at the University of Montpellier in France. He was the first President of the Prince of Wales Hungarian Business Leaders' Forum. David Fuller joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1990 as a direct entry Partner. He has extensive international experience as evidenced by tours of duty with PwC in Warsaw , Madrid , Mexico City, Budapest and Lisbon and earlier in his career in Paris , Barcelona , New York , Tripoli ( Libya ) and London , as well as further spells in Madrid and Lisbon . He transferred to PwC Romania in July 2004. He has specialised in his career in managing large multinational audit engagements in the Oil and Gas as well as in Consumer and Industrial Products sector and in Technology, Media and Telecoms. He has also experience with due diligence assignments and other transactions services. In addition, he has a strong background in providing both European Union and Corporate Governance Advisory Services within the context of the recent Central and Eastern European Accession countries, having spoken at conferences and chaired Committees on both subjects. He is a board member of the Foreign Investors Council in Romania . David is fluent in English and Spanish and also speaks good French. |

Mihaela Mitroi holds a Degree in Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest , she is Member of the Chamber of Auditors, Romanian Chartered Accountant (CECCAR), Independent External Censor, and Board Member of Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants. Mihaela Mitroi joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania in 1997 and became a Partner in July 2004. She has a wide experience in both Romanian and international taxation, being involved in complex assignments such as: restructuring, privatisation, tax compliance, tax saving schemes, as well as client assistance in challenging rulings by the Ministry of Finance. Currently, she has a high profile portfolio of clients, being involved in giving extensive advice both to multinational and Romanian companies focusing on Retail and Consumer Products and Pharma sectors. Mihaela has been constantly involved in discussions with Romanian Governmental bodies aiming to update the legal framework to international and particularly EU standards. Joerg Wiederhold is a German Chartered Accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer) and Tax Advisor (Steuerberater) and he joined PwC in Frankfurt am Main/Germany in 1992. After a tour of duty to Poznan/Poland where he played a key role in establishing a new PwC office, he returned to Frankfurt where he was subsequently admitted as a PwC Partner in 2001. His international background is further evidenced by his graduating from school in South Wales and pursuing university studies in Paris . He is a graduate of Frankfurt University in business studies. He transferred to PwC Romania in 2006 where his primary role is to cater to the needs of the German-speaking business community by coordinating work across lines of service as well as serving as an Assurance Partner for a growing number of clients. He is also in charge of the Cluj-Napoca office. Joerg Wiederhold has a deep background in International Financial Reporting Standards gained on group as well as stand-alone financial statements audits. He has served on large engagements in the retail, automotive, construction and energy industries. Apart from audits, he has also led transactions support projects and large-scale work in relation to capital market transactions. Radu Stoicoviciu has a degree in Mechanical Engineering; he is a Certified Valuator (by the National Association of Romanian Appraisals - ANEVAR). Radu is the leader of the Corporate Finance Services in Romania . Radu joined PwC Romania in 1992 and became a Partner in 2007. He is specialised in project finance, privatization, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations. In his 14 years spent with the firm he assisted a significant number of clients operating in a considerable number of industries with feasibility studies, finance raising, valuations as well as M&A negotiations both on buy and sell side. In particular he was involved in the privatization process of several major companies: Electrica Muntenia Sud (electricity distribution/sell-side) or Constanta Shipyard (advice to winning buyers). He led the team advising the shareholders of Astral Cable TV (leading telecom company) for a deal with a PE house (AIG) including the secure of bridge finance. This year (2007) the teams led by Radu concluded two deals: Mobexpert (lead advice on the disposal of minority interest) and Albinuta Shops (lead advice to Lithuanian company Maxima for 100% disposal). Radu is fluent in Romanian and English. |

Ionut Simion |

Ionut Simion has a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest and a PhD in Strategic Management; member of the Tax Committee at American Chamber of Commerce and Certification as Fiscal Consultant certified in Romania (‘MFP'). He is a qualified tax consultant as per Romanian law.
Ionut joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Bucharest in 2000 and became a Partner in 2007. His key industry specialisation is Technology, Information, Communication and Entertainment (TICE). He is the leader of the Transfer Pricing Group. He has gained considerable experience working on national and international assignments, among others through a six months secondment to the PwC New York office.
Ionut has been constantly involved in discussions with the Romanian Ministry of Finance aiming to update the Romanian tax legislation. He is fluent in Romanian, English and has knowledge of French. |
